The Nevada Lions Club held its regular Board of Directors Meeting February 1, 2010 at the home of Bob Hunter. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm by President Janice Schmidt who acted as Chairperson with the following members present:

Motion to approve the minutes as read was made by John Beals, seconded by Jerry Radke. Motion approved.
Treasurer's Report was given by Loren Heckathorne. Motion to approve the Treasurer's Report (attached) made by Jerry Radke, seconded by John Beals. Motion approved.
A motion to authorize Loren Heckathorne to obtain new checks as needed made by Steve Jordening, seconded by Bob Hunter. Motion approved.
A motion to donate $1,000. to Krysilis was made by Bob Hunter, seconded by Jerry Radke. Motion approved.
Janice Schmidt reported that ToddlerFest will be held in Huxley April 24, 2010 from 10:00 am until noon. This is part of Project KidSight.
John Beals reported on Pancake Day which is March 28.
Jerry Radke will activate the Nominating Committee.
