The Nevada Lions Club held a special Board Meeting following its regular meeting at Gates Hall on March 10, 1999. The meeting was called to order at 8:00 p.m. by President Susan Radke who acted as chairman, with the following board members in attendance:

Jim Fenn	Joel Halverson	Lynn Harris
Loren Heckathorne	Jerry Radke	Gene Spencer
Duane Stansbury	Jan Whaley	Don Williams

President Susan Radke read a letter from Nevada Parks and Recreation wanting our club to sponsor a Youth Baseball team for $170.00, probably for name on shirts. Lion Argotsinger moved to table, failed for lack of second. Lion Jordening moved to pay for this sponsorship, seconded by Duane Stansbury, motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 8:11 pm.
